2021 Payment Schedule
The ELMD assessment is approved every year
at the Annual Meeting of the members.
The approved assessment for 2021 - 2022 = $500.00
Payments received after 7/31/21 = $525.00
Unpaid assessments after 9/30/21 = $550.00 (added to property tax bill)
The ELMD fiscal year is from May 1 through April 30 of every calendar year
