2024 PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• The ELMD assessment is approved every year at the Annual Meeting of the members.​

• At the 2024 Annual Meeting, District members suggested and voted to approve a higher late fee schedule than in the past.

• The approved assessment for 2024 - 2025 = $500.00

• Owners within the Lake District will be mailed an invoice.

• Title search fee is $15.00
