2026 PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• The ELMD assessment is approved every year at the Annual Meeting of the members.​

• At the 2026 Annual Meeting, District members approved a $525.00 assessment for 2026 - 2027 

• Owners within the Lake District will be mailed an invoice.

• Fiscal year for the ELMD runs May 1 - April 30.
